Your techs already record the result, the comment and the photo on the job. This turns that into the record your customer has to keep.
$59 plus GST a month. One price for the business, however many sites.
Businesses whose customers have to keep a record of every item, not a summary of the visit.
Essential safety measures contractors whose building owners need AS 1851 routine service records.
Operators who keep an AS/NZS 3760 register for their customers and get asked to prove it.
Electricians doing smoke alarm checks for property managers, one unit at a time.
Fire Safety Compliance Australia were the first customer. The fire routine service record was built with them, and their technicians work the same ServiceM8 forms they always have.
You get the person who built it, not a call centre. When a report needs changing it changes in days. Brisbane based and Australian owned, with your reports and photos kept in Sydney.

Fire Safety Compliance Australia
A national fire protection company. Their routine service records are built by Kookabase from the jobs their technicians complete.
A customer since September 2026
Nobody opens a template. Nobody retypes a result. Nobody chases the photos.
Pass or fail against each fitting, a comment where one is needed, and a photo of anything wrong. Same form as last week.
The job is completed and the report is built. One section per system, one row per fitting, worst results first.
Emailed to the people you choose, with a share link that still opens next month. It can go on the ServiceM8 job as a file too.
The thing building owners ask for and most reports leave out is the photo. It is on the row it belongs to.
Three hundred assets, eleven systems, thirty six pages. Every section, the severity summary and the way each photo sits on its own row are exactly what you get.
Everything in the sample is made up. Kestrel Fire Protection is not a real business. 18 Wharf Lane is not a real building, and the assets, results and comments in it were invented for the demonstration. Every page says so along the bottom.
The photos are placeholders. They sit exactly where a technician's photo sits on a real report, but they are labelled tiles rather than photographs. We will not show you another business's photos, and we will not invent one.
However many sites, techs and reports you run. Adding a site does not change the bill.
The monthly covers running the reports, storing the photos, keeping the share links open, watching that it keeps working, and fixing it when it does not. Changes to the wording or layout after setup are quoted before any work starts.
Have a word with us first. We will tell you straight whether your forms are set up for it, then send you a link to get started.
Yes. It reads your ServiceM8 account, so you need the Asset Management and Forms add-ons switched on and a pass or fail question on the form your techs fill in.
It reads your account. The only thing it ever adds is the finished PDF on the job, and only if you switch that on.
A photo answered against a fitting sits on that fitting's row. A loose job photo is matched to the nearest fitting the same tech was working on, and the row says it was matched so a reader can check rather than trust it.
Setup is one sitting with us, then we build against three of your own completed jobs. You see those three before anything goes to a customer of yours.
Neither. One flat price for the business, however many sites and reports you run.
Not yet. The fire routine service record is available now and the test and tag register is being built next. Get in touch and we will tell you where it is up to.
Tell us what your customers ask for. We will tell you straight whether this does it.
