Different limits behave differently. We've designed it so the customer experience is never blocked by something time-critical.
On Pro and Business, SMS overages are charged at $0.15 per SMS so urgent messages always send. Overages appear on your next invoice. Starter doesn't include SMS.
Hard cap. When you reach your monthly AI limit, AI features pause until your next billing cycle or you upgrade. We do this so AI usage stays predictable for both of us.
Generous soft cap. Pro and Business will warn you at high usage but won't block sends. Starter is hard-capped at 200 per month.
You only pay for active seats. Add a tech today, remove one next month, and the bill follows. Starter is one user only. Pro and Business are unlimited.
The new features are available immediately. You're charged the prorated difference for the rest of your billing cycle.
Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. If your usage exceeds the new plan's limits (e.g. 3 users dropping to Starter), you'll need to remove users before the change applies.
